Chromeo and R. City celebrate Halloween in style at the BACARDI Untameable House Party

SUNDAY 1 NOVEMBER 2015:  Sharing a love for pushing boundaries, R. City and Chromeo come together for a special performance in Philadelphia.

Taking about their humble beginnings, Canadian electro-funk duo from Montreal, Chromeo and Virgin Islands grown Rock City (R. City) both shaped their own styles of music to infiltrate the scene.

Brothers Theron and Timothy Thomas make up R. City, a culturally infused hip-hop sound with Caribbean flavours. The boys that have also written songs for international artists Rihanna , Justin Bieber, Akon, Usher, Sean Kingston and the Pussycat Dolls to name a few.

Chromeo take their influence from 80s dance tracks.  David Macklovitch and Patrick Gemayel. met at high school and describe themselves as "the only successful Arab/Jewish partnership since the dawn of human culture".

Both duos took over the BACARDI House Party, a platform that celebrates the multi-faceted artists today: there is not just one platform that defines a person so that nothing is in the way to achieve success. The night captured the “Untameable” spirit of the artists on All Hallows Eve.
